Proof load test water weight bags are specifically designed with water filled instead of traditional solid weights for loading test. The system provide more safety and practical method for load testing for kinds of the lifting equipments and load bearing structures, such as deck cranes, pedestal cranes, offshore cranes,davit and general purpose cranes.Water bags are made of special material  with quick-set water inlet , outlet assembly and sling assembly. Proof load test water weight bags are recognised as an efficient and  effective solution for crane loading test.   Available capacities of proof load test water weight bags : 1MT, 2MT, 5MT, 10MT, 20MT, 25MT, 35MT, 40MT,50MT&100MT.

The water proof bag is designed that the lifting set isseparate from the bag. The liftingset comprise several elements which share the load. The number and disposition of the webbing elements is such tha the failure of an one  webbing element will not in failure of the lifting set nor cause a local overload of the bag.  The material and construction of the bag is such that in the even of accident rupture, it will resist propagation of the tear so as to minimise the rate at which water is discharged.
